Gevrey-Chambertin 1er cru
"Les Corbeaux"
This 22 ares’s plots of a vineyard with 35-year-old vines for two-thirds and a small section with vines over 70 years old.
The vineyard is located at the foot of the slope upstream from the Grand Cru route at the village exit, just before Mazis-Chambertin. Far from the earthy character often attributed to the crus of this village, this 1er Cru Les Corbeaux benefits from the cool air flows of the Lavaux combe, providing balance and finesse.
