Named "L’O de La Vie," this wine originates from a young Syrah vine flourishing on the slopes of the Ruisseau de la Vie (Rec del Vie in the Occitan language). It yields wines of remarkable complexity, intense colour, and enticing aromas, ranging from cocoa and smoke to spices, blackcurrant, raspberry, redcurrant, blackberry, jammy fruits, black olives, prunes, and liquorice, characterized by soft, harmonious tannins.
