It spans 4 hectares and was established in 1986 when Simon Bize chose to cultivate the land, which had previously been untouched. Notably, amidst the predominance of 95% Chardonnay, there is a unique 5% of Pinot Beurot. Located on an east-facing slope, this parcel thrives on a very stony soil, as evidenced by the surrounding meurgers.

The vineyard was planted in 1967 and 1968, spans 1.50 hectares and is situated on the hill overlooking the village of Savigny, in close geographic proximity to the Champlains. However, this particular site is distinguished by its unique identity, as reflected in its name, Perrières, which translates to "a pile of stones" or "quarry.

This white wine, made from Chardonnay grapes, comes from a plot located in Les Hautes Cotes de Beaune in the village of Magny-Les-Villers, the vines were planted in 1990, on the plateau above Ladoix-Serrigny. The plot faces east, with a marly soil. It has spent 13 months in barrels. On average, the yield is about 55 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in approximately 3600 bottles produced annually.

The vineyard, planted in 1985, spans an area of 1 hectare and is situated on the lower slopes of the Corton hill. Known as Le Suchot, which translates to "small hill," this enclosed vineyard faces the Château de Corton. The soil is characterized by its stony and clay-rich composition, which enhances the richness and power of the wine while also imparting finesse and generosity. This terroir produces a wine that is not only age-worthy but also embodies the essence of Savigny-les-Beaune.

Covering an area of 2 hectares, in 1996, Patrick Bize decided to expand the estate's white wine offerings by planting several parcels of Chardonnay in the commune. At that time, this choice posed a significant challenge, as Savigny-les-Beaune was primarily known for its red wines. It took a decade to meet this challenge, but Patrick's foresight paid off; this Village cuvée is now exported worldwide. This blend of various lieux-dits showcases a charming wine where minerality balances the roundness, resulting in a well-structured wine with delightful freshness.

This blend consists of parcels planted between 1965 and 1978, located on the right bank of the Rhoin River, covering an area of 3.90 hectares. The soil is moderately deep, composed of white clay-limestone. This cuvée reveals a wine with expressive fruit, soft tannins, and a beautiful aromatic complexity. This Village wine shows its character and charm from its early youth, making it accessible and enjoyable right away.

This vineyard is unique in that it has been gradually planted by the last three generations of the estate in 1939, 1950, and 1979. In 2019, a portion of the oldest vines will be replanted. Spanning 1.60 hectares, the vineyard features reddish limestone soils interspersed with clay pebbles. The resulting wine boasts a robust tannic structure, a distinctly masculine character, and a consistent balance year after year. With excellent aging potential, this cuvée perfectly embodies the essence of Savigny-les-Beaune wines.

Planted in 1959, this vineyard covers an area of 0.35 hectares. The name "Serpentières" is believed to derive from the various springs that meander down from the slopes beneath this Premier Cru parcel. The grapes thrive and achieve optimal expression in warm years. Located on a mid-slope, this lieu-dit features brown soils that yield deep, elegant, and charming wines.

Planted in 1968 and 1978, this vineyard covers an area of 0.80 hectares on clay-limestone soil. Located high on the slope, it faces south towards Savigny. Sheltered from the northern winds, this terroir of Talmettes distinguishes itself from its "twin," Vergelesses, by its softer character.

Planted in 1973 on the right bank of the Rhoin, this vineyard spans 0.60 hectares. Situated on deep, sandy soil, the vines thrive in humid years, showcasing a tension and energy that make Marconnets one of the flagship Premier Crus of the Côte de Beaune. This rich and fleshy wine has excellent ageing potential, revealing the complexity of its terroir over the years.

Planted in 1965, this vineyard covers an area of 0.50 hectares. Another flagship terroir of the estate, it is located on a steep mid-slope with a full southern exposure. This parcel boasts a stunning view of the surrounding vineyards. The soil is shallow, predominantly clay-limestone with a mix of red earth. The millerandé grapes, combined with the unique characteristics of the soil, impart a complexity and a distinctive aromatic balance to the wine.

Planted in 1996, this vineyard is oriented to the south-southeast and covers an area of 0.30 hectares. The soil consists of sandy marls and limestone on a very steep slope. A characteristic terroir of Savigny-les-Beaune, Aux Vergelesses benefits from perfect sunlight, complemented by northern and western winds that make it exceptional. The wine, produced from a strip of white soils, reveals finesse, balance, and complexity. The grapes reach optimal maturity, and the northern winds impart a unique energy and tension to the fruit.

Planted progressively in 1939, 1949, and 1954, this vineyard is oriented to the south-southeast and spans 1.90 hectares. The soil consists of sandy marl and limestone on a very steep slope. An emblematic terroir of the estate, Aux Vergelesses enjoys perfect sunlight, complemented by northern and western winds that enhance its exceptional qualities. The wines produced here are complex, and expressive, with an aromatic richness that warrants several years of ageing.

This Chardonnay vineyard, derived from massal selection, was planted in 1938 and covers an area of 0.20 hectares, divided into two parcels of 0.10 hectares each. The vines are situated on the westernmost slope of Corton Hill, perched on the very steep hillside of the commune of Pernand-Vergelesses. The terroir and exposure provide perfect conditions for the grapes to express their richness, power, and minerality. The resulting wine is dense and profound, balanced and structured, showcasing a lively and vibrant character—truly a Grand Cru.

This vineyard was planted in 1961, 1971, and 1981, covering an area of 0.32 hectares and is an immediate neighbour to the Grand Cru Chambertin. The soil is shallow, composed of marl and limestone. The vines extend along the entire length of the parcel, maintaining a balance between the upper and lower sections. This Grand Cru achieves a perfect harmony between power, richness, and elegance. Ample and silky, the wine reveals a complex aromatic range of great finesse. It is advisable to wait a few years before tasting this exceptional Grand Cru.
