This cuvée comes from a blend of several plots located within the Burgundy appellation area.

The Burgundy Aligoté "Vieilles Vignes" blend is a combination of several plots, averaging 45 years old, all cultivated with Aligoté grapes, covering a total area of 0.50 hectares. After a slow fermentation process in tanks, it will spend 12 months in barrels, with 10% new barrels. The wine has a lovely energy, starting with a hint of lime juice followed by more generous notes of white fruit, with tangy grape skins in the background. On average, the yield is about 55 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in approximately 1200 bottles produced annually.

This white wine, made from Chardonnay grapes, comes from a plot located in Les Hautes Cotes de Beaune in the village of Magny-Les-Villers, the vines were planted in 1990, on the plateau above Ladoix-Serrigny. The plot faces east, with a marly soil. It has spent 13 months in barrels. On average, the yield is about 55 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in approximately 3600 bottles produced annually.

This wine is full of energy and medium-bodied, with a deep concentration of dark cherry flavours and well-balanced tannins. It comes from three outstanding locations. This blend consists of around 15 - 20 barrels (depending on the vintage) sourced from vineyards below Chambolle, including Les Bons Bâtons. About 20% of the grapes were fermented with the stems. The yield is around 50 hectoliters per hectare.

The Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits cuvée comes from a plot located at "Les Mouchettes" in Villers-La-Faye. It boasts an energetic burst of fruit aromas, with notes of raspberry and a hint of blackcurrant, complemented by crisp acidity. This wine is much more open compared to the regular Bourgogne due to an earlier malolactic fermentation. It finishes with a long and elegant touch. This Marsannay cuvée comes from a plot located in the lieu-dit "Les Crais", situated between the lieu-dits "Les Echezots" and "En la Verde". The grapes are sourced from purchased grapes, and all of their negociant cuvées are picked by themselves on their chosen date. The grapes for this cuvée come from a grower who has been practising organic farming for 20 years. The plot is planted on a very rocky soil. The wine offers luxuriant raspberry fruit flavours alongside good length. This cuvée has been available since the 2018 vintage, with a limited quantity of approximately 1800 bottles.

The Morey-Saint-Denis cuvée originates from a plot in the lieu-dit "En la Rue de Vergy". On the nose, it presents aromas of plums, orange zest, sweet spices, and raw cocoa. This medium-bodied wine is supple and elegant, with attractive purity of fruit, smooth tannins, and a saline finish. The Chambolle-Musigny "Vieilles Vignes" cuvée is crafted from a blend of around twenty plots, all situated within the Chambolle-Musigny Village appellation area, covering approximately 3 hectares. One-third of the grapes are fermented with the whole bunches, and one-third of the wine is aged in new wood barrels. This wine is medium to full-bodied, offering a generous and velvety texture, with a pure and juicy fruit core, vibrant acidity, and a lingering mineral finish. It exudes elegance and harmony. On average, the yield is about 40 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 7000 bottles.

The Clos Le Village cuvée comes from a small enclosed vineyard of about half a hectare, planted more than 35 years ago in the heart of Chambolle-Musigny, on clay-limestone soils. The vineyard faces east and is located halfway up the hillside, at an altitude of approximately 300 meters. It is situated near the village church and benefits from soil rich in active limestone, characterized by a warm microclimate. On average, the yield is about 45 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 3000 bottles.

This Vosne-Romanée village cuvée is a blend of two parcels located in the lieu-dit "Les Chalendins" and "Aux Jachées". The majority of the grapes, about 60%, come from Aux Jachées, with the remainder sourced from Chalandins and a small portion from Chaumes 1er Cru. 50% of the grapes are fermented with the whole bunches and aged in 50% new wood barrels. The wine has a bright and uniform purple colour. On average, the yield is 45 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 2400 bottles.

The Nuits Saint Georges village cuvée is a blend of two parcels located in the lieu-dits "Aux Lavières" in the north and "Les Chaliots" in the south, covering an area of 0.30 hectares. The wine has a fine dense purple color, characteristic of Nuits-Saints-Georges. Whole bunches make up between 40% to 70% of the fermentation process. On average, the yield is 35 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 1500 bottles.

This vineyard is situated to the north of the Côte de Nuits, in a village neighboring Gevrey-Chambertin. It's on a gently sloping plot (20%) facing east, with an altitude of approximately 300 meters. The vines are planted in very deep clay-limestone soils, slightly marly. The wine is made from purchased grapes and has been available since the 2018 vintage. On the nose, there's a fresh raspberry note, the palate is savoury with good fruit concentration and a good length. The cuvée is produced in limited quantities, with approximately 1150 bottles available.

The plot is located below the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, between "Les Sorbès" and "Clos Baulet". The vines face east, and the soils consist of marl with limestone and white stones. This cuvée has been available since the 2018 vintage, with a limited quantity of approximately 1150 bottles.

The plot faces east, and it is slightly sloped. The average age of the vines is 50 years. On average, the yield is about 35 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 1100 bottles.

This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru cuvée originates from a plot of 0.17 hectares in the lieu-dit "Les Feusselottes". The soils are primarily composed of limestone and clay. Fifty per cent of the grapes are fermented with whole bunches. The yield is around 35 hectoliters per hectare. The vines were planted in 1955/56, resulting in very small berries producing concentrated juice. On average, the yield is 40 hectoliters per hectare, producing approximately 1000 bottles annually.

This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru cuvée comes from a plot of 0.10 hectares located in the lieu-dit "Les Plantes", a climate situated just above the "Charmes". This cuvée has been available since the 2018 vintage. Previously, the grapes were blended into the Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru cuvée. The plot dates back to the early 1950s. For this cuvée, one new 400-litre barrel is used, and all the grapes are fermented with the whole bunches. This cuvée is limited to approximately 500 bottles.

This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru cuvée originates from a plot located in the lieu-dit "Les Combottes", situated along the axis of the village's valley, covering an area of 0.25 hectares. The plot faces southeast and is positioned halfway up the hillside at an altitude of 330 meters. The wine is made from vines that are approximately 70 years old, with 55-60% of the grapes undergoing whole-bunch vinification. It represents another high-quality Chambolle expression. The first plot is situated near "Bonnes Mares" with an east/west exposure, while the second plot faces north/south near "Cras". Sixty per cent of the grapes undergo whole bunch vinification. On average, the yield is 40 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 1700 bottles.

These vines, along with the Beaune 1er Cru, were acquired in 2018. The blend consists of two-thirds Petits Monts and one-third Chaumes. All grapes undergo 100% whole bunch vinification. On average, the yield is 30 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in an annual production of approximately 750 bottles.

This Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Aux Reignots" cuvée comes from a plot located just above "La Romanée". The vines are trained high at 2 meters, and all grapes are fermented with 100% whole bunches. Here, the fruit intensity stands out as the primary characteristic, while the wine exhibits less floral notes. It boasts a fine structure. On average, the yield is 40 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in a production of only 2 barrels.

This Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Terres Blanches" cuvée is a white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety. It offers a whole lot of detail on the nose, with delicate notes of dancing red fruits, while retaining its freshness entirely. The grapes are sourced from Les Treux, with 50% of them undergoing whole bunch fermentation, specifically on the younger vines planted in 2001.

This parcel of Corton Grand Cru, spanning 0.30 hectares, is located in the commune of Ladoix-Serrigny, in the lieu-dit "Les Grandes Lolières", just below "Rognet". The nose is remarkably expressive, maintaining its presence even after several stunning wines from the Côte de Nuits. It offers a very fine expression of Corton with a touch of delicacy. This cuvée has been available since the 2018 vintage and yields approximately 1200 bottles per year.
